Knowledge is power, so use it to your advantage!

  4. Fit Picture: Get a picture of yourself when you were at your target weight and get it enlarged and put it at your desk or in a place you will be constantly reminded. If you don't have a photo, then photoshop one! It's important you give yourself a visual goal that way it makes it more realistic and achievable.
